With no chance of things calming down any time soon, organisers have decided that the standings for Q2 will stand - and that leaves Nico Rosberg on pole, with Hamilton second.

The safety car has been dandering round seeing if they can go ahead any time soon. Looks like they'll need things to ease off a bit - with the drivers complaining bitterly, there will be major trouble if they're sent out and somebody crashes.

"These are red flag conditions!" fumes Sebastian Vettel as he comes into the pits as the session comes to an end. The Ferrari driver is fifth quickest going in to Q3, with Rosberg taking those Q2 honours by a tenth from Hamilton.

Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button in 11th and 14th respectively, with two minutes left. Bottas also outside the top 10 and he's currently trying one more flying lap.

Q2 is only just under way, but with a fresh deluge expected to his any second there are a number of cars out on the circuit already. Nico Rosberg is currently fastest as things stand.
