FMS confirm Pizzonia

Former Formula One driver Antonio Pizzonia will feature in GP2 next season for the FMS International team. The Brazilian has joined the outfit co-owned by Giancarlo Fisichella having tested extensively this autumn, and will race alongside Turk Jason Tahin

"We want to win the 2007 GP2 championship, and we signed Pizzonia because we believe he is going to do it," said Fisichella.
"Antonio has been lapping incredibly fast with our GP2 car during winter testing, lapping Jerez in record time and confirming what we expected from such an experienced driver."
Pizzonia added: "I want to return to F1 as soon as I can, this is why I accepted the FMS challenge. Out target is the same - to win the GP2 championship."
