The German set the fastest time of 38.394 seconds at Whistler Sliding Centre, with her first run of 38.510s still faster than that of any other athlete.
Geisenberger's two runs totalled 1:16.904, seeing her finish 0.291s clear of teammate Julia Taubitz to win the race.
The German one-two is a repeat of their performance at the Sprint World Cup in Innsbruck-Igls last month.
Taubitz totalled 1:17.195 to finish just ahead of American Emily Sweeney, who rounded off the podium.
The result leaves the German pair well clear of their nearest rivals in the rankings ahead of the next World Cup event in Calgary.
