IRELAND 5 - 0 ITALY
James Lowe runs off Casey's shoulder at the maul but the move is too telegraphed, and a big hit from Italy's defence forces a knock on from the winger.
Italy win a penalty at the scrum and Garbisi clears, but can't reach touch.

TRY! IRELAND 5- 0 ITALY
Incredibly impressive work from Ireland. It all started from Keenan's break from his own 22.
Powerful carries from the likes of Henshaw and the forward pack before Craig Casey and Jack Crowley combine in the corner to score.
It's Crowley's first international try, but he can't slot the conversion.

IRELAND 0 - 0 ITALY
Hugo Keenan catches the ball and calls for a mark. The fullback takes a quick tap and go and races up the pitch into Italy's half.
Good attacking phases from the hosts here, strong carries and breaking the line with ease.

10 MINUTES TO GO.
The teams have just come out of the tunnel, led by captains Caelan Doris and Michele Lamaro. It may not be warm, but the sunny and dry weather will make for perfect playing conditions.
We pause for a minute's applause to remember the late, great Dr Syd Millar, former Ireland internationla and chair of the IRFU, who sadly passed away in December.

PRE-GAME STATS
  • Ireland have won each of their last 16 Test matches on home soil, their longest ever such run in men’s Test rugby.
  • Italy have won just one of their last 42 Six Nations matches. But both of those came on away trips against Wales in 2022, and Scotland in 2015.
  • Ireland were the only team in Round One to win all their lineouts. Their favoured option was to go to the front, which they did in six of their 13 lineouts.
  • All of Italy's tries against England started from at least 40 metres from England's try line.

WELCOME
We head to Dublin for the final game of this week's Six Nations for Ireland's first home game since last August, against Italy.
Ireland cemented their Grand Slam aspirations in Round One with an emphatic win over France in Marseille and they should get their second win today at the Aviva, barring a catastrophe.
Italy started strong against England in Rome but fell to the wayside as the game developed. But new head coach Gonzalo Quesada is already showing strong improvement in this young Italy side.
