CONVERSION! England 13-33 Australia. Fittingly the last kick of the match goes to Bernard Foley. The Aussie fly-half puts away another kick, was there ever any doubt, to convert Giteau's try and England are out of the World Cup.

TRY! England 13-31 Australia! Matt Giteau completes the rout with a breakaway try down the left wing. Michael Cheika has a smile plastered all over his face! Adam Ashley-Cooper is screaming for and just waits for Mike Brown to reach him before offloading to Giteau on the outside of him.

Burgess gets the ball away quickly to Watson, who makes 30 metres down the left wing but Australia get their defence back in order to stop the try-scorer just shy of the half-way line. Australia turn the ball over..

PENALTY! England 13-26 Australia. Foley puts another kick between the posts to surely put the hosts out of their own World Cup? It was yet another infringement at the scrum from England and there are just four minutes remaining on the clock now.

PENALTY! England 13-23 Australia. It's another straightforward kick for Foley from in front of the posts. He posts a new points scoring record for Australia against England, eclipsing Matt Burke.

Farrell takes out Matt Giteau off the ball before Burgess takes out Hooper incredibly high. Poitre doesn't spot it but the TMO calls the action back. Poitre and the TMO have another couple of looks at Farrell's tackle in particular and decide to give Australia a penalty and send Farrell to the bin. The fly-half will sit out the rest of this game.

Saracens' George Crews comes on for his Rugby World Cup debut to replace Joe Launchbury.

PENALTY! England 13-20 Australia. Farrell is on target once again from right in front of the posts. Brad Barritt was injured in that latest move and he will be replaced by Sam Burgess. England trail just by one converted try with 15 minutes remaining on the clock.

Loose from Australia as Ford gets a toe to the ball. Barritt can't quite get there to secure the turnover but they have the penalty and Robshaw is quick into the melee of England players, calming them down and telling Farrell to go for the posts.

Rob Webber is on for Tom Youngs for England while Nick Phipps replaces Will Genia for Australia.

Nick Easter, the 37-year-old veteran of the last two World Cups, comes on to replace Ben Morgan for England.

CONVERSION! England 10-20 Australia. Farrell slots over the conversion to bring England to within 10 points of the Australian.

TRY! England 8-20 Australia. Launchbury makes up for his mistake to hand Australia their second try, with beautiful hands in the middle of the pitch. He offloads to Anthony Watson, who has one outside of him. But Watson has the strength to go himself, despite Foley hanging off him.

Kepu and Sio both replaced by Australia while Kieron Brookes also comes on for England.

Wigglesworth to Ford ... Brown just offloads to Watson, who has to go to ground to collect it ... Ford to Joseph but it's almost intercepted. England are playing advantage as it wasn't a deliberate knock-on. Brown to Watson ... England have been shoved back 10m but will come back for the scrum.

Richard Wigglesworth comes on for Ben Youngs while Joe Marler is hauled off for Mako Vunipola.

PENALTY! England 3-20 Australia. Foley is not nicknamed "The Iceman" back in Australia for nothing. He drills the ball right through the centre of the posts once more from way out on the left wing to add to Australia's and his tally!

England are shoved backwards in the scrum and concede the penalty again leading to a bit of a scrap. Again it's Marler who is penalised for not being straight and he receives a talking to from referee Romain Poitre.

Again not a clean take from Australia in the line but Hooper holds on at the second line out. England had too many people in the line-out and this time Australia opt for the scrum...
