Scotland are putting on the pressure inside the USA 22. Can they grab one final morale-boosting score to stretch the winning margin?

It's a hard life...

America are pushing for a final score, but have been overpowered up-front since Scotland made those changes at the break and have been unable to get a platform from which to unleash their dangerous backs.

You have to give it to the USA. They've been outstanding today and haven't given up home, but a knock-on denies them another try-scoring opportunity and time is probably running out for an unlikely comeback.

America thrust at the line, looking for a score that would give them a glimmer of hope in the final ten minutes. But a man gets ahead of the ball carrier and Scotland will have the put-in at a defensive scrum.

Laidlaw nails the conversion and Scotland are home and hosed. For the second game in a row they have really turned it on after the break.

TRY! That's a brilliant score by Matt Scott. He finds a gap in the defence with a lovely angled run and he stretches over for the bonus point try that has probably ended this game as a contest. 30-16.

A maul is brought crashing to the ground, illegally, and Scotland are back in the corner with a lineout five metres out.

It's a big defensive effort from America, and it pays off in the end, with Hogg spilling a pass and giving the USA a chance to clear their lines.

Scotland, aggressively, go for the corner rather than the posts from a penalty in a very kickable position. Another try would give them the bonus point and all-but put America out of the game.

Russell has picked up a bit of an injury. It's unclear how serious it is, but they won't be taking any risks over the first-choice fly-half. On comes Duncan Weir.

A USA turnover gives them a chance to clear their lines. The Americans have been superb on the deck today and it's the one thing keeping them in this game at the moment.

The USA are on the ropes. Stuck deep in their own territory, they cannot afford to go much further behind if they are going to have any chance of springing a surprise at Elland Road today.

The changes have made a big difference to the Scottish pack and they get the decision at a scrum inside their own half. Finn Russell arrows the penalty into touch on the 22 and Scotland will have a great platform to put themselves in control of this match.
