BARRETT - 'IT'S NEW TERRITORY'
Here's what Jordie Barrett had to say at full-time.
"It's so sweet. It's new territory for this group. We slipped at the semi-final hurdle four years ago," he said, referencing the 2019 loss to England.
"I am just so proud of this group. It's not done yet. We will have a very tough match regardless of who we have next week. It's another week, which we are so grateful for."

ALL BLACKS STORM INTO FINAL WITH ONE-SIDED WIN
Three-time champions New Zealand romped into the Rugby World Cup final with a thumping 44-6 win over Argentina after a composed and clinical semi-final masterclass in Paris.
The All Blacks will face South Africa or England, who face off at the Stade de France on Saturday, for the trophy and on this evidence, they will take some beating in their fifth final appearance.
Tries from Will Jordan, Jordie Barrett and Shannon Frizell sent Ian Foster’s men in at the break with a healthy 14-point lead thanks to a combination of devastating attacks and ferocious work at the breakdown.
Emiliano Boffelli’s boot earned the Pumas six hard-earned points to keep them in sight in the first half, but that proved to be as good as it got as Argentina were kept scoreless in a one-sided second half.
Frizell added a second and Jordan completed a hat-trick with a superb individual effort, while Aaron Smith also got in on the try-scoring action as New Zealand ran in seven tries as the contest became a rout.
The result highlighted the stark difference in quality between the two sides of the draw – a big point of controversy at this World Cup – and All Blacks coach Foster even had the luxury of being able to take off the likes of Beauden Barrett, Aaron Smith and Codie Taylor early without fear of impacting the result.

ALL BLACKS ON COURSE FOR TITLE NO. 4
New Zealand are into a fifth World Cup final, having won three of their last four.
There they will face either England or South Africa, who face off tomorrow night in Paris.
The flat atmosphere in the crowd towards the end highlighted how one-sided a game this was, stark evidence of the lopsided nature of the draw in this World Cup that has been such a talking point.
But you can't deny the All Blacks' brilliance tonight. Will Jordan's hat-trick might grab the headlines, but it was an impressively connected team performance that never gave the Pumas a shout - Argentina failed to register a single point after half-time.

FULL TIME: ARGENTINA 6-44 NEW ZEALAND
Helter-skelter stuff! Both sides are determined to keep playing to the death and the game becomes more and more broken up with each phase.
Eventually, Argentina win a penalty and kick it out. The whistle blows, and the All Blacks are the first World Cup finalist of 2023!

MO'UNGA SQUANDERS CHANCE
J. Barrett smashes Sanchez with a tackle, and some of the fans in the crowd think it's late, but it's play on.
New Zealand kick a 50:22 and have the chance to finish this with yet another try. Mo'unga hares into space and all he needs to do is fire it out to Jordan for an easy score, but the fly-half tries to go for the line himself and is held up short!
He won't want to see that again, as the ball is knocked on and it's a Pumas scrum.

TRY! ARGENTINA 6-44 NEW ZEALAND (JORDAN)
Sensational score! Jordan marks his hat-trick in style with an oustanding individual effort, weaving through defenders from inside his own half before kicking over the last man, gathering his own kick and diving over. Superb stuff from the wing. Mo'unga's conversion is off target, though.

ARGENTINA EFFORTS FRUSTRATED
Oh dear, oh dear. Argentina make a bit of progress but the ball is knocked on and New Zealand try a counter, which comes to nothing. Another case of Pumas huff and puff getting no reward, and Cheika looks frustrated.

SUBS ROLL ON
Some more changes to report as we try and keep up. Sclavi, Sanchez , Bruni, Moroni and Creevy are on for Argentina in place of Gallo, S. Carreras, Chocobares, Isa and Montoya.
For New Zealand, Papali'i is on for Cane.

BARRETT SIN BINNED
The TMO is called on for the first time tonight as Scott Barrett sticks up a hand to stop the ball coming out from the ruck.
He's shown a yellow card for cynical play - quite a stupid one, to be honest - and Argentina will have a man advantage for the next 10 minutes.

TRY! ARGENTINA 6-39 NEW ZEALAND (JORDAN)
The All Blacks make it look so simple once again. Big carries to break the line, quick ball at the ruck, and Jordan is there in the corner to make the simplest of finishes. That's his second and New Zealand's sixth. Mo'unga's conversion goes wide, however.

ARGENTINA ERROR
Argentina are driven further and further back by some ferocious New Zealand defence and eventually knock the ball on. It's not their night, but the All Blacks are defending with real heart out there.

PUMAS PENALTY
Much better from Argentina! A cross-field kick is gathered by Boffelli and he sweeps into New Zealand territory. The Pumas manage to win a penalty and they kick to the corner. They need points, lots of them.

CROSS-FIELD KICK
Jordie Barrett goes for a Hollywood cross-field kick after a period of concerted pressure from New Zealand, but Jordan can't quite gather it and it's a knock-on.
Several more subs for the All Blacks now - Christie, McKenzie, Williams and Newell are on and Smith, B. Barrett, De Groot, Lomax are off.

TRY! ARGENTINA 6-34 NEW ZEALAND (FRIZELL)
New Zealand get penalty advantage but they continue to be thwarted by some excellent Argentina defence.
Eventually it's breached by that man Frizell once again, as he barges through two tacklers to wrestle the ball over the line. Two tries for Frizell, five for New Zealand, and it's goodnight Argentina. Mo'unga converts.

TRY NO.5 COMING?
Here they come again! A shimmy from Mo'unga sends him through the Pumas line and into space. He's brought down but now the All Blacks are camped on the Argentina try line and it looks ominous...
