FRANCE MAKE WINNING START
FT: France 27-13 New Zealand. After a slow start, France really got going and send out a warning to the rest of the world. Once they started applying pressure, they finished well and New Zealand really struggled to contain Jalibert.

New Zealand, desperate, try to the run the ball out when they wouldn't normally. France steal it at a ruck, Lucu's box kick lands in open space and Jaminet gets there first to score another try. Game over, unlike the conversion.

MISSED PENALTY
Ramos and Duponte choose to kick for goal - a conservative choice, given their numbers advantage - and Ramos misses.
Time for another drinks break.

TRY! FRANCE 16-13 NEW ZEALAND (PENAUD)
French pressure comes to the boil. Jalibert floats sideways and draws in defenders, then skips out a team-mate and passes to Penaud, who finishes with aplomb.

TRY-SAVING TACKLE!
Sensational work from Penaud to gather a crossfield kick and sidestep Beauden Barrett in one move, and the try line beckons, but Mo'unga comes across and does just enough to force a knock-on. Brilliant scramble defence.

SCRUM, SCRUM, SCRUM
The first scrum is re-set. France win a free kick from number two and ask for another scrum. The ball comes out of the third, but Smith wraps Dupont quickly and the All Blacks get the ball back soon after.
