Slovenia's Lovro Kos continued his breakout season with victory on the large hill in Lahti.
A massive second-round jump of 134 metres saw the 24-year-old climb from fifth into first place in Finland, with a winning total of 262.5 points.
It was Kos' second career World Cup victory, the first coming at Lake Placid in February.
Volatile wind conditions meant the standings were turned on their head in the second round.
Germany's Andreas Wellinger rose from fourth to win silver, while Ryoyu Kobayashi went from eighth to bronze.
Stefan Kraft of Austria continues to lead the overall World Cup standings.
Nika Kriznar produced hill records in both rounds - 127 and 131.5 metres - as she claimed victory in the women's large hill.
Jacqueline Seifriedsberger took silver, with the final spot on the podium going to Eva Pinkelnig.
"Yesterday, I really couldn't have imagined that today would be like this," Kriznar said after securing her sixty World Cup win. "I'm just happy and emotional that I'm standing here now.
"I also owe this to our team. Although ski jumping is an individual sport, we always support each other."
