‘It is about playing some good snooker’ - O’Sullivan on how to combat fatigue

Ronnie O’Sullivan feels physical and mental fatigue can be overcome by being efficient at the table.
Stuart Bingham and Jak Jones are locked together at 8-8 in their World Championship semi-final, but the latter looked far stronger towards the end of the second session.
Bingham won the final frame of the session, but it was a huge struggle and he looked physically and mentally jaded.
Jones and Bingham will have two sessions to play on Saturday, and O’Sullivan feels fatigue can be overcome by being efficient.
“You have got to be as efficient as you can in all departments, technically, mentally,” O’Sullivan said in the Eurosport studio.
“I always think trying to be in a good place mentally is something you can control.”
O’Sullivan feels a fast start on Saturday morning could spark Bingham into life.
“Form just comes and goes,” O’Sullivan said. “If Stuart comes out tomorrow morning and just starts hitting the ball sweetly he will feel alive.

“Equally, if you start to struggle you start to feel tired and the game becomes tough and it can be quite wearing.
“It is trying to be efficient, play half decent and then you get a bit of interest and feel bouncy round the table and that tiredness can go.
“It is about playing some good snooker, basically.”
