After finishing second on Saturday Rea started eighth on Sunday but he quickly surged into the lead and was good value for his ninth victory of the season.
Team-mate Tom Sykes also powered up the grid in order to complete a Kawasaki 1-2.
Saturday's winner Chaz Davies completed the top three as he struggled to get the incredible launch that the two Kawasakis enjoyed.
The result increases Rea's lead over Sykes to 59 points with Davies a further 56 points back, putting Rea in pole position to become a triple-world champion.
