MATCH! Ace to open with, forehand from half-court to follow. 30-0 in no time. Haase puts a backhand into the net to bring up three match points. Haase does a fantastic job to save the first, but an ace down the middle settles matters. Djokovic is into the last four!
5-3
'Not on my serve!' Haase says through a barrage of strong services and thumping forehands. Djokovic fires a single blistering backhand winner but Haase holds to 15.
5-2
A sumptuous backhand return winner takes Haase into a 0-30 lead, but Djokovic levels thanks to an error from the Dutchman and a serve which catches the faintest of touches of the service line. With the wind in his sails Djokovic closes out this one with ease and is now just one game away from the semis.
4-2
Haase tries a drop shot which does not reach quite as far as the net, and that allows Djokovic back to 15-15. The Dutchman ploughs on to 40-15 before Djokovic pegs him back with a crushing forehand, and when Haase misses a backhand wide the score goes back to deuce. There's some encouraging applause for Haase but he clatters an approach into the net to give away break point. He saves one only to give another away, but with an outrageous forehand flick the Dutchman manages to hold!
4-1
Djokovic is just three games away from sealing the match, and in no time he reduces it to two. A really clinical hold from the second seed, who eases past his opponent with sensible percentage play.
3-1
Haase had looked to be back on the pace after losing six successive games in Djokovic's last service game, but this proves it - a good hold, with his powerful forehand instrumental in pegging back the Serb.
3-0
First real sign of life from Haase in this set - a superb forehand down the line which Djokovic cannot control. There's half a chance for him at 15-30, and when his next forehand goes a hair's breadth out he smashes his racquet to the ground in exasperation. A backhand into the net follows which gives Djokovic game point, but Haase holds up well to deny him, almost forcing the Serb to do the splits in the process. It's only a brief delay, though - Djokovic closes out the game.

BREAK! Djokovic seems to sense he has the Dutchman at his mercy now - he races to a 15-30 advantage and then brings up break point with a measured drop shot on the backhand. Haase hits a weak second serve and the Serb returns it deep to his feet, and he steers it out of play.

Apologies to anyone who spotted the error about Gasquet beating Troicki at the foot of these comments - it was of course the other way around. The winner of this match will face Troicki in tomorrow's semi-final.
1-0
Haase looks to be lumbering around the court, and Djokovic begins this set the way he began the first - with a hold to love.
-
After a long delay we're ready to start again - and Djokovic will serve first in the second set.

The physio is out here - he's taking a closer look at Robin Haase's right wrist. Not good news for the 23-year-old if it's something serious.

That last game was the story of the first set. The Dutchman hit some brilliant shots, but it felt as if he always had to play right on the edge to worry Djokovic. When it came off it looked spectacular, but the world number three always had a little too much for his opponent.

SET! Haase slips to 0-30 before he even knows it, and set point arrives when Djokovic succeeds with an infuritating drop shot. The Serb only needs one invitation, and seals the set with a Haase mistake.
5-2
Haase, who's never been in the world's top 50 players, is refusing to go away - edging to a 15-30 lead on the Djokovic serve. A double fault follows as the Serb aggressively tackles his second serve, and two break points fall Haase's way. Djokovic saves them both, before being outmuscled and steering a backhand into the net. Another big save from the second seed here, and finally he gets over the line when Haase slams a forehand wide.
4-2

Good play from Djokovic to move to a 0-30 lead with some sharp returning to the Dutchman's feet. An errant forehand lets Haase back into the game. A remarkable half-volley gets Haase level - Djokovic challenges almost as if he couldn't believe his own eyes. It looks like that will be enough to get him over the line, but Djokovic rallies and forces a break point from deuce and hits an incredible smash to close out the game! The first fist pump from the Serb!
3-2
A much stronger showing from Djokovic - who serves emphatically to move to game point and shows good judgement to pull out of a volley and let Haase's forehand go long.
2-2
Something has clicked for Haase here - he is serviing with pace and power and hitting the edge of the lines - and before you know it it's 40-0. Djokovic pulls a point back but after a patient rally from the back of the court Haase unleashes a monstrous forehand which seals the game.

BREAK! Haase opens up with a ferocious return winner, and reaches 15-30 before missing just long with another belting hit. Break point for the Dutchman as he changes things up with a drop shot, only for the Serb to force deuce. But Haase earns another, and with another frightening forehand, the set is back on serve!

BREAK! Haase has plenty of power to call on and shows it by racing into a 30-0 lead. When he opts to be more delicate it lets Djokovic in, who booms a backhand down the line. Grafting work from the Serb reels in his opponent and brings the score to deuce. Early chance for a break follows, but Haase saves it with a bold drop shot. The Dutchman is having to play on the edge but saves another four break points but finally he yields.
