GAME, SET AND MATCH! - NORRIE 6-1 3-6 4-6 RUUD. Norrie saves THREE match points as he hits back from 40-0 down but can’t snare the break back. Ruud gets the job done on his fourth MP and remains in the hunt for a semi final berth with a superb comeback success over the Brit.

NORRIE 6-1 3-6 4-5 RUUD. It’s now or never time for Cam. He poses the serve-out question with a rapid love hold. How’s your nerve Casper?
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 3-5 RUUD. That was just too good. Ruud rampages through a thumping hold and is now just one game from victory.
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 3-4 RUUD. It’s a must-win game for Norrie – and win it he does… just. It’s another nervy hold from deuce but he stays in touch in case Ruud suffers a wobble as he edges towards the finish line.
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 2-4 RUUD. Cam comes out eager to make amends on his return game but Ruud swats away a smash before a beastly forehand sees him consolidate.

BREAK! - NORRIE 6-1 3-6 2-3 RUUD. Oof! Norrie leaves himself with it all to do at 0-40 but finds a couple of big serves to fend off two. He can’t survive the third though as he chucks in an untimely double fault and it’s very much advantage Ruud now.
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 2-2 RUUD. An ace-a-thon and a thumping forehand right down the middle of the court see Ruud canter to a love hold. He's been in charge in this set so far, but has yet to get his reward.
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 2-1 RUUD. A pair of beautiful crosscourt backhands edge Norrie through another tricky test on serve as Ruud once again threatened at deuce. The Brit had initially done well to assert some authority on the game from 0-30 down.
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 1-1 RUUD. It’s not quite as testing for Ruud as he eases on to the board. The momentum seems to be slightly favouring Casper now and Cam will need to keep serving well.
NORRIE 6-1 3-6 1-0 RUUD. That is a HUGE hold for Norrie. He comes under the cosh from deuce after some nervy, tight errors allowed the Norwegian world number eight to drag himself back into the game. However, clutch tennis from the Brit sees him survive what would have been a disaster and ensure he has the scoreboard advantage in Set 3.

BREAK! - NORRIE 6-1 3-5 RUUD. That’s a shocker from Norrie and it may well cost him the set. A pair of unforced errors gift Ruud two break points and he doesn’t have to much to convert on the first as Cam dumps a volley into the net.
NORRIE 6-1 3-4 RUUD. Slowly but surely this match has started to turn slightly. Ruud has cut out a lot of the errors and it has allowed him to hold serve and apply the scoreboard pressure. It's close and very tense. Can Norrie keep responding?
NORRIE 6-1 3-3 RUUD. The server continues to reign supreme in this set. Ruud keeps leaving the space and angles open for the British No.1 and he is duly making the most of the openings.
NORRIE 6-1 2-3 RUUD. Casper fans shifts uncomfortably in their seats as he drags a forehand into the tramlines to give Norrie an early glimmer. He quickly dampens the Brit’s hopes though and continues his resurgence on serve to keep his nose in front.
NORRIE 6-1 2-2 RUUD. Cam maintains his razor-sharp focus and levels with another efficient hold.
NORRIE 6-1 1-2 RUUD. It’s already a better set for Ruud. He clocks up a second straight hold to nudge the board in his favour. Now, can he get a foothold in this contest?
NORRIE 6-1 1-1 RUUD. Norrie isn’t about to let up though. He gets a slice of luck with a smash that clips the net on its way over before a sizzling forehand up the line concludes a tidy hold to 15.
