Djokovic 6-3 6-3 Nadal. Game, set and match! After allowing Nadal to find a snuff of hope at game point, Djokovic dismissed three brilliant winners in succession to put Nadal out of his misery and take the match. This was hardly vintage Novak Djokovic after the first three games, but the world number one doesn't have to be his best to remain miles above the rest.

Djokovic 6-3 5-3 Nadal. A moment of tension at last for Djokovic, as a tense backhand brings his serve to 30-30. A possible opening for Nadal? Of course not. The Serb responds by sending Nadal from corner to corner before swiping through a brilliant forehand winner from way behind the baseline. A forehand error from Nadal brings Djokovic to within a game from a most routine victory.
-
Djokovic 6-3 4-3 Nadal. This time, Nadal pulls together his serve and picks up an easy hold. It's not over yet; at least that's what he should be telling himself.
-
Djokovic 6-3 4-2 Nadal. Once again, no problems for Djokovic on serve. The Serb continues to serve from the skies, pocketing another hold with minimal problems. At the moment, it's looking a lot like an inevitable march to the finish line for the world number one. It's up to Nadal to make something happen here.

Djokovic 6-3 3-2 Nadal. The best returner in the history of tennis rediscovers those return skills to send Nadal staring down a double break point. Unlike in the first game, the Serb is unrelenting. An epic, grinding point ends with Djokovic sending Nadal from side to side before the Spaniard's backhand finally breaks down. A set and a break up, only a few holds sit between Djokovic and the final.
Aggression is key for Nadal here. But it's easier said than done...

Djokovic 6-3 2-2 Nadal. A missed easy forehand from Nadal, but othereise it's all about the Djokovic serve once again. The world number one sends down 3 great deliveries and sweeps up another easy love hold to level up the second set.
-
Djokovic 6-3 1-2 Nadal. This service game turns out to be a little easier for Nadal as he pulls together a slick hold to 15. Despite serving quite brilliantly, Djokovic has otherwise considerably cooled since the sizzling start. Nadal will undoubtely hope it stays this way.

Djokovic 6-3 1-1 Nadal. No rest for those unfortunate to come up against Novak Djokovic. Nadal's period of relief after pulling out the previous tough hold lasts mere seconds as Djokovic responds with a rapid love hold. Pressure firmly back on the Spaniard's shoulders, and he can't afford to make any mistakes here.
-
Djokovic 6-3 0-1 Nadal. As expected, Nadal isn't about to give this up without a fight. The Serb finds his way to 0-30 in Nadal's service game before bringing up a break point to start the set once again, but the Spaniard hustles his way to an important hold.

Djokovic 6-3 Nadal. Djokovic gets the job done in set one, comfortably coasting through after the opening break and relying on some sweet serving. The Serb now stands one game away from yet another final in 2015 and yet another final in London.
-
Djokovic 5-3 Nadal. Nadal himself responds with some good serving and a love hold of his own. The good news is that he seems well in this match now, the bad is that Djokovic continues to keep him an arm's length away. The Serb will now attempt to finish the job.
-
Djokovic 5-2 Nadal. The Djokovic serve has been one of his big improvements in recent years, and he demonstrates this by slamming down a Federerian love service game in 73 seconds. Unreturned serve after unreturned serve, he moves back to his seat a game from taking the first set.
-
Djokovic 4-2 Nadal. Nadal seems to be finding some rhythm here and staying in touch. The lead remains only one break as the Spaniard dispatches a brilliant smash en-route to a simple hold. A high quality affair thus far.
