GAME, SET AND MATCH! - WAWRINKA 4-6 2-6 MURRAY. It's all over! A supreme display from Murray as he finishes the round-robin top of the group with three wins from three. He serves it out to 15, hitting back from losing the first point with some fine defence and precision hitting. It's all over in one hour and 27 minutes. Wawrinka bows out as Murray produces one of his best displays in recent weeks.

WAWRINKA 4-6 1-5 MURRAY. Andy is one game away. He will meet Raonic in one of Saturday's semis if he sees the job through as expected from here. a decisive volley at the net clinches another hold to 15, despite a double fault.

WAWRINKA 4-6 1-4 MURRAY. Stan finally gets on the board to 15. He fist pumps and shouts come on as Murray steers wide of the left alley. It's a long way back though.

WAWRINKA 4-6 0-4 MURRAY. Another massive hold and that is surely another nail in Stanimal's coffin. Muzza faces another BP at 30-40 but finds some big first serves to stay on course and consolidate the double break from deuce. This has been more like it from Murray today. He was a bit off colour against Nishikori but has stepped up to the plate against an opponent who was right on the money to start.

BREAK! - WAWRINKA 4-6 0-3 MURRAY. Magnificent from Murray. Stan snaps his racket and he knows the match has pretty much gone. Muzza is playing superbly. He is unfazed by a net cord at 30-30 and draws the error in a fine, lengthy rally. He dictates on BP and converts it by surging into the net off some corking forehands to volley home the advantage.
-
WAWRINKA 4-6 0-2 MURRAY. That could well be a significant game. Wawrinka has the chance to break back at 30-40 when Muzza double faults. The Scot cracks down a timely, big first serve and consolidates from deuce when Stan miscues into the left-hand alley.

BREAK! - WAWRINKA 4-6 0-1 MURRAY. A real drop away by Stan. He looks delfated and offers up triple break point. Murray berates himself for wasting the first, but secures the break on the second to take a firm grip of this match.

SET! - WAWRINKA 4-6 MURRAY. Murray has done it! He's won the opener in 49 minutes and in doing so has booked his place in the last four of the tournament for the first time since 2012. The Scot survives an early onslaught of big-hitting to up his level in the final few games. He shows great defence at 0-15 and then lands an ace and a big first serve to take a high calibre first set.

WAWRINKA 4-5 MURRAY. Oh so close for Murray. The Scot goes on the attack, teeing up set point with a driven crosscourt backhand. Wawrinka makes deuce but Murray continues to press, narrowly missing the winner with a scorching forehand. He gets a third opportunity but still can't convert and somehow Stanimal sneaks a tough hold. Over to Murray to shrug of the disappointment and try to serve it out.

BREAK! - WAWRINKA 3-4 MURRAY. Stan slams his racket into the floor as Murray strikes first blood. The Scot has stood up well to the barrage of big hitting from the Swiss. He stays in the game and manages to make deuce. Stan sizzles another stunning forehand winner, but Murray fights back courtesy of some unforced errors from his opponent to earn the first break point of the match. He gets on top of the ensuing rally and volleys home at the net after Wawrinka had tried to pass him following an untimely net cord.

Tend to agree with this. Can Stan sustain such a level?
