Raonic 6-4 4-6 6-3 6-7 6-3 Lopez. Game, Set and Match! After messing up his first two match points in the previous tiebreak, Raonic doesn't need telling twice, strolling to 40-0 with some trademark crushing serves, and then sealing off his quarterfinal berth to love.

Raonic 6-4 4-6 6-3 6-7 5-3 Lopez. Break! It looked for a while like it was time to buckle up and watch these two massive servers do ball well into the night, only for Raonic to step up and take advantage of a Spanish lapse in confidence. In the most important 8th game, Raonic breaks to give himself a chance to serve it all out.

Raonic 6-4 4-6 6-3 6-7 Lopez. Set! High drama on Hisense Arena. In front of a rowdy crowd, Lopez somehow manages to face match point in the fourth set tiebreak against arguably the best serve on the planet, yet he lives to tell the tale. He barks it off, then finds his own set point and off to a fifth set they go.
Raonic 6-4 4-6 6-3 Lopez. Set. The Canadian dropped just five points on serve in this entire set and two of them are the first two points on this game as he attempts to serve out the set. Raonic quickly recovers, however, rattling off four straight points to wrap up a two sets to love lead with a forehand winner down the line, with plenty of margin for error after pushing Lopez wide across court.
Raonic 6-4 4-6 2-0 Lopez. Break. Just like when he was broken at the end of the first set, Lopez concedes his serve on a double fault. Ouch. Raonic has the advantage in this third set.
Raonic 6-4 4-6 Lopez. Set. A backhand winner brings up an immediate break back point for Raonic but Lopez gets him on the run and forces the forehand error. The Spaniard can't take advantage of the first of his set points but eventually he level up this match with a big serve that Raonic cannot return. This match is all square.
Raonic 6-4 4-5 Lopez. Break. A poor game from Raonic sees Lopez with three break points at the end of this second set. He can't take advantage of the first as the Canadian pummels down a big serve that Lopez cannot deal with. But the Spaniard does break at the second attempt when the Raonic forehand goes astray. Lopez will serve to level up this match now.
Raonic 6-4 Lopez. Set. Canada's Raonic breaks in the 10th game of the set, the break also sealing the opening set for Raonic. Unfortunately for Lopez though it comes on a double fault. Ouch.
We are mainly going to be concentrating on the action between Nishikori and Ferrer on Rod Laver Arena but stick here for live scoring and we will give you more updates on the match when we can as well.
These two have faced each other just fourt times before with the head-to-heads being split at two wins apeice. Lopez won their only meeting last year, in Raonic's back yard at the Canadian Masters in Toronto.
