Speaking of what his calmness brings to his game, Raonic says "an understanding of how I can be more efficient in my game". It'll be a real conflict of personalities when he takes on Monfils in the quarter-final.

Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 6-4 6-3 Wawrinka. Finally, Raonic gets a touch on the ball near the net, taps it over and is quick to return Wawrinka's response. It's a trademark dropshot just over the net - Wawrinka is wide by the net post, there's no return on that. Game, set and at last match to Raonic.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 4-6 5-3 Wawrinka. You begin to feel the match could go on forever. Raonic is serving for the match.
Raonic, like all of us, I suspect, wants this match wrapped up, which he is so close to doing with more of his tactical play, but he needs to be careful not to panic and rush things, like Wawrinka just did, hitting the net. Match point.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 5-2 Wawrinka. This has been an incredible match, with Raonic now looking like the challenger. This should've happened an hour and a half ago. He's got to break Wawrinka's serve now to win the match.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 4-6 4-2 Wawrinka. Finally, Roanic breaks Wawrinka's serve, now we're seeing some emotion, he'd have been forgiven for thinking this was done and dusted after Wawrinka's comeback.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 4-6 2-2 Wawrinka. No one is breaking anyone's serve, here, We're going to be in this to the bitter end, you know.
We finally get a little whoop out of an otherwise completely deadpan Raonic, perhaps he needs the encouragement, now.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 4-6 Wawrinka. Not sure if Raonic has lost his nerve or Wawrinka has found his, but what a spectacular turnaround by the World No.4. Raonic has plenty to think about now, going into a fifth and final set, from a two set advantage, early on.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 3-5 Wawrinka. This has been quite the comeback by Wawrinka who's now leading by two games. Is he really going to take this match to a fifth set?
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 3-4 Wawrinka. This would've seemed an unlikely twist in the tale, an hour ago, but Raonic is now a game down in the fourth set and yet to break Wawrinska's serve.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 2-2 Wawrinka. Raonic seems to have recovered pretty well from the jitters he was experiencing in the end of the last set. It looked like he was going to break Wawrinka's serve, but it wasn't to be.

Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 1-0 Wawrinka. A 17 minute game draws to a close with an unforced error by Wawrinka. Raonic has got a new pair of shoes and Wawrinka is livid - this should be happening during time out, apparently.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 Wawrinka. Raonic is starting to lose it, with unforced errors in abundance, but he's moved in for more of those dropshots that seem to catch Wawrinka out every time. Wawrinka returns one of them and it looks like Raonic won't get it, but he makes a spectacular volley that Wawrinka can't touch. Wawrinka pushes it to deuce with a speedy shot down the line - too fast for Raonic, but he hits the net to give the Canadian the advantage. There's more back and forth but so many errors here for Raonic, now.

Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-7 Wawrinka. It looked so, so unlikely, but Wawrinka has capitalised on errors emerging in Raonic's game. It's a shame for Raonic who must have thought he was about to clinch it.

Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-6 Wawrinka. Raonic is so calm, no emotion here at all as he continues his tactical play, outfoxing Wawrinka with a skillfully deployed dropshot, but the damage was already done and some unforced errors there gave Wawrinka the opportunity he needed to finally break Raonic's serve. Roanic will now have to break back, which won't be easy.
The crowd is starting to get exciteable as Raonic begins his serve. Wawrinka wins the first point - he could still win this set if he breaks Raonic's serve now. Raonic looks incredibly calm for someone so close to securing a place in the quarter-finals.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 5-4 Wawrinka. Wawrinka is serving to stay in the match - he seems to have the crowd's support, but that won't be enough on it's own.
Raonic 6-4 6-3 4-4 Wawrinka. Raonic not able to break Wawrinka's serve, yet, but unless Wawrinka starts doing something different, we could be in a tiebreak situation very soon.
