It's time for the second semi-final at Indian Wells. This one brings together second seed Roger Federer and third seed Novak Djokovic. Djokovic has yet to taste defeat in 2011. R-Fed is almost perfect this year too with a 18-2 record.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 2-6 - GAME, SET & MATCH Djokovic to serve for the match. Federer can't return the serve 15-0. But Federer then takes a chance and charges the net. He volleys for 15-15. Federer then goes long and Djokovic edges ever closer. But he goes long too and we have 30-30. Federer then just goes long on the baseline to give Djokovic match point. Which Federer saves. Deuce. But match point again. Federer goes long and Djokovic is through!

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 2-5 - BREAK - In a flash Djokovic has 0-30 on Federer's serve. Roger goes into the net for 0-40 and has Djokovic finally broken the Swiss master? Federer holds his nerve to volley a winner. He can't make any mistakes now. 30-40 on Federer's serve. Then Djokovic finds something extra to send a winner cross-court and the Serb-inator is a game away from the final.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 2-4 - What a match we have here. Djokovic moves to 30-0 as Federer goes for a sweeping cross-court winner but only finds the net. And that becomes 40-0. For which Federer cannot prevent Novak closing it out.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 2-3 - BREAK BACK - It's Federer who's charging for the finish line now. He's won 10 of the last 11 points at 40-30. But he pulls it wide and Deuce. But it's Djokovic who breaks back!

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 2-2 - BREAK - R-Fed goes aerial to deliver the most perfect of lobs from behind the bassline for 0-15. Federer then defends for his life and gets to 0-30. Novak's beginning to sulk a touch. Another blistering return forces Djokovic into the net for three break points. Novak double faults and we're all sqaure.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 1-2 - Federer nails a forehand across the court from at least eight feet outside the court. Stunning tennis. He claws the game back to 40-30. And a hammer-blow of a serve sees the Swiss hold.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 0-2 - Djokovic and Federer are now serving up a treat. Novak is left applauding Federer's sublime drop shot after an 18-shot rally leaves it at 15-15. Then a series of missed opportunites mean we're at Deuce. Federer snatches at an open court backhand and it slides wide. Djokovic tidies up and holds.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 0-1 - BREAK - Here we go then. Federer opens up in this final set. But the Swiss fails badly and sends a cross-court forehand out to give Djokovic two break points at the start of the set. Federer goes into the net and Novak breaks straight away.

FEDERER 3-6 6-3 - SET - There's a different look to Djokovic's body language. And Federer returns well to bring up two set points. And he does it!! This will go the distance.

FEDERER 3-6 5-3 - Federer gets to 15-15 before Djokovic hooks into the net and looks dejected after the shot. The Swiss then bangs down his first ace of the match for 40-15 then cleans up to go within one game of levelling the match.

FEDERER 3-6 4-3 - Djokovic doesn't hang about and holds to love.

FEDERER 3-6 4-2 - Federer decides it's time to step up. A sensational point sees Federer lob Novak who volleys a drop shot only for Federer to dig it out. Novak goes to lob but Roger smashes for the winner and the game.

FEDERER 3-6 3-2 - Federer has found something here. He moves to 15-30 on the Djokovic serve. Before Novak thunders done a huge ace. It's only his second. None from Federer so far. Federer then finds the net to let Djokovic off the hook. Who then serves a third ace to hold.

FEDERER 3-6 3-1 - Right then. it's game on. Federer moves to 30-0 with a cute drop shot from the back of the court. And Federer completes the break by holding to 15.

FEDERER 3-6 2-1 - BREAK - Federer gives himself a chance by getting to 0-30 on Djokovic's serve. Then 30-40 to bring up a much-needed break point. Which he secures with a stunning forehand down the line.

FEDERER 3-6 1-1 - Federer has a game on his hands now. He sends a winner in behind Djokovic causing Novak to do the splits. Ouch. But Djokovic then volleys a winner at the net and it's Deuce. But two service winners in a row are enough.

Djokovic has now won six consecutive sets against Roger Federer.

FEDERER 3-6 0-1 - Djokovic gets the second set underway. He seems to be holding with ease until Federer turns up the heat and gets it back to 30-30 and then Deuce. But Djokovic sends down an unreturnable serve to claim the game.

Roger Federer only hit seven winners during the first set.

FEDERER 3-6 - SET - Federer serves to stay in the set. But Djokovic is looking like the champion he is. He brings up two set points at 15-40. Federer saves the first as Djokovic goes long. But Federer then blazes wide and Djokvic has the first set under his belt.
