A double fault gets the Spaniard off to a woeful start and he bemoans the lenses of the photographers again. Murray looks in charge at 0-30 but Ferrer defends valiantly and turns it around when a 'hindrance' call sees a point replayed after Muzza shouted 'no' following a shot he thought he'd overhit. Ferrer seizes his chance and somehow claims the game.
