GAME, SET AND MATCH!- NADAL 6-4 6-1 6-2 DEL POTRO. Ten-time champion Rafael Nadal books his place in yet another Roland Garros final with a straight sets rout of No.5 seed Del Potro. The Argentine had a plethora of chances in the first set, but couldn't make them count. Once Rafa broke it was one-way traffic and the Spaniard served it out to 30 in just two hours and 14 minutes. The King of clay will now lock horns with the pretender to his throne, Dominic Thiem on Sunday afternoon.

BREAK! - NADAL 6-4 6-1 1-0 DEL POTRO. More majestic defence from Nadal as he counters a trio of first serves and corks a backhand winner up the right flank to break to love. That's a devastating blow for Delpo, who looks well beaten at this moment in time. Can he muster something from deep within to rekindle his first-set form?

BREAK! - NADAL 6-4 2-0 DEL POTRO. A forehand winner up the line tees up a chance at 0-30. Delpo then blazes an easy forehand into the net and it's triple break point. Nadal defends like the title itself is on the point and his opponent again capitulates with an error into the net. Del Potro needs to respond quick now to halt Rafa's growing momentum.
