BERDYCH 3-6 3-6 - GAME, SET & MATCH! Berdych lets out an anguished scream as he makes another unforced error to go 30-15 down. Gasquet aces to bring up two match points and he takes it at the first time of asking! Berdych, for all his errors, was also utterly outclassed by a brilliant Gasquet performance tonight!

BERDYCH 3-6 3-5 - Berdych roars to a love service game of his own as the Czech loosens up in the face of defeat. How will Gasquet respond now? The pressure is on the Frenchman to wrap up victory in the next game.

BERDYCH 3-6 2-5 - Well, if Gasquet's feeling nervous as he closes on victory, he's not showing it. A love service game is sealed with an ace as he moves to within a single game of the semis.

BERDYCH 3-6 2-4 - Berdych takes a 40-0 lead before sending down his 28th unforced error of the match so far. That's a big number. Gasquet pulls back to 30-40 to sow some seeds of doubt in the Czech's mind, but Berdych holds his nerve and serves out.

BERDYCH 3-6 1-4 - If Berdych scents a half-chance here at 30-30, Gasquet snuffs it out with a big smash at the net. Then a simply wonderful backhand winner, on the back foot, hands Gasquet the game! Brilliant to watch from the Frenchman, who is now just two games from a place in the semis!

BERDYCH 3-6 1-3 - Gasquet isn't doing much wrong at the moment! A drop shot is brilliantly executed to level at 30-30 but credit to Berdych, he manages to hold his nerve and hold serve this time. The Frenchman's roll is halted - for the time being at least.

BERDYCH 3-6 0-3 - Yet another fantastic winner from Gasquet brings him another game as the Frenchman continues his march towards a semi-final meeting with Andy Murray, who beat Marin Cilic earlier in the day.

BERDYCH 3-6 0-2 - BREAK! What a shot by Gasquet on break point! He pulls out a stunning forehand crosscourt winner to continue his great run! Berdych is facing a real uphill struggle now, a set and a break down already!

BERDYCH 3-6 0-1 - Gasquet is firing on all cylinders! He booms down an ace to make it 17 from the last 20 points won. Berdych is allowed to get back into the game at deuce, but Gasquet displays a wonderful touch with a perfectly executed drop shot to seal yet another game.

BERDYCH 3-6 -SET! Gasquet looks good again as he forces an error at the net out of Berdych to take a 30-0 lead on the Czech's serve. Then a brilliant forehand return, crosscourt, on Berdych's second serve sets up three set points for the Frenchman. And he takes it at the first time of asking as he forces the play and Berdych sends one out.

BERDYCH 3-5 -Gasquet does well to reach a Berdych drop shot and send back a return that the Czech cannot deal with. The Frenchman is on a roll now and he goes on to hold, moving to within a game of the first set. Berdych must now serve to stay in it.

BERDYCH 3-4 -BREAK! Gasquet takes a 30-15 lead on Berdych's serve with a beautifully crafted and executed point, sending his opponent wide with that silky single-handed backhand of his before finishing off at the net. Two break points follow and while Berdych saves the first Gasquet claims the second and the Frenchman draws first blood!

BERDYCH 3-3 - As the sun sets over Miami, Gasquet falters on his serve for the first time as he falls to 0-30. He pulls back to level but another error brings Berdych his first break point chance. Gasquet does brilliantly with a backhand that sends Berdych far too wide to make a meaningful return and it's saved! Berdych wastes a second opportunity a point later and Gasquet is able to hold, having saved those two break points.

BERDYCH 3-2 - Berdych is sporting some natty pink laces to his black trainers tonight. Just so you know. Anyway, he digs out an attempted Gasquet pass with a wonderful dink over the net to take a 30-15 lead here before he goes on to fire down an ace on game point.

BERDYCH 2-2 - Gasquet is equally convincing with the ball in his hands, wrapping up a quick-fire game to love. Very comfortable for the Frenchman. He's won 85 per cent of his first service points until now.

BERDYCH 2-1 - Still on serve after three games. Berdych has won 100 per cent of his first service points so far.

BERDYCH 1-1 - Gasquet responds with an equally comfortable hold to level at one apiece early in the first.

BERDYCH 1-0 - Solid opening service game from the Czech, who eases to the first hold of the evening.
