NOVAK DJOKOVIC WINS! 6-2 6-4! Murray floats a backhand long to give away break point, and the world number one completes a stunning win on the next point as Murray drags a backhand wide into the tramlines.
4-5
MURRAY HOLDS! Djokovic will serve for the match at 6-2 5-4 ahead, but at least the Scot makes him do it the hard way with a brilliant sting of serves finding the box. At his best Murray has had Djokovic's number in this match - but never for more than a few minutes at a time.
-
Murray has 30 unforced errors to DJokovic's 20, incidentally - both men have 10 clean winners apiece.
3-5
DJOKOVIC HOLDS! World number one leads 6-2 5-3, Murray winning a couple of points in that game, one with a brilliant forehand winner on the line to get to 40-30. But the writing appears on the wall now, and we'd not bet against Djokovic wrapping this up on the Scot's serve.

6-2 4-3 to Djokovic, and he's now just two games from that record sixth Masters title in a single year...

DJOKOVIC BREAKS! The world number one takes that momentum from the previous game and roars through Murray's faltering serve. The returning is epic time and again, and Murray is left flailing wildly just to try and get something on each shot. A backhand at full stretch to give up the break point is typical, Murray only able to float the ball up tamely and gift the point to his opponent.
3-3
HOLD! Djokovic leads 6-2 3-3, recovering from 15-30 with three consecutive points off the back of some wonderful serves. Murray got into a couple of the points, but was always forced onto the back foot and is left shaking his head as an opening goes begging.

HUGE HOLD FOR MURRAY: Djokovic leads 6-2 2-3. Murray looks comfortable at first in that game but Djokovic pegs him back to deuce with some more stunning, dogged tennis. But Murray pulls out a HUGE hold, coming out on top of another epic, 25+ shot rally to grab advantage, then finishing the job with a wonderful drop shot that Djokovic slips over in his haste to chase. Game still on.

WHAT A TURNAROUND! Murray out of nowhere, breaking Djokovic to love, the Serb simply missing every shot, Murray hitting some stunning winners. From nowhere we have a tennis match again!

ANOTHER BREAK FOR DJOKOVIC! World number one leads 6-2 2-1, the breakthrough coming as Murray desperately tries to return a huge forehand, only to loft it over the baseline. Murray just not in this match at all.
1-1
AWESOME. Djokovic leads 6-2 1-1, rattling through his opening service game in utterly stunning fashion. Murray blowing hard now.
1-0
MURRAY HOLDS! The Scot breathes again, holding with a pair of good serves. But he's got such a battle on his hands here, never being given a single easy point or easy game. Djokovic is just relentless and so clearly the better player at the moment.
0-0
Murray looks like getting off to a good start in the second set, cruising to 40-15 - but more mistakes come in, and all of a sudden he's first at deuce and then facing another break point. He saves it, charging the net.

FIRST SET DJOKOVIC! The world number one closes out the set as Murray makes yet another unforced error, a simple backhand clipping the net and dropping back on the world number two's side. Murray's errors - 19 to Djokovic's 8 - told the tale of that set, even though he had the edge in the winners count, 6-4.

ANOTHER BREAK! Djokovic leads 5-2, and in terrifying form in that game as he simply doesn't miss a shot. Murray, in desperation, seems to go for ever lower-margin attempts to get into it, but comes up short with error after error.
2-4
EASY HOLD! Djokovic leads 4-2. No such drama in that game as the world number one holds without dropping a single point.

WHAT A HOLD! Murray trails 2-3: Unbelievable tennis on both sides - Djokovic earns break point with an unbelievable dipping forehand on the line, then Murray saves with a thumping serve and backs it up with a cracking drop shot. Surely a key game in the first set, this... and it's Murray who claims it as Djokovic backhands into the net!
-
Murray saves the break point as Djokovic slices into the tramlines, then gets advantage himself off the back of a big first serve... but Djokovic wrongfoots him by meeting a drop shot with a brilliant backhand winner. Deuce again!
-
It's another deuce game on the Murray serve - and as the Scot's attempt at a forehand crosscourt winner clips the tape and drops on the wrong side, it's another break point...
-
Great shotmaking from Murray to take charge of this game - a fine forehand winner to go 15-0, and another of those drop shots to make it 0-30. He then tries the trick again, and this time Djokovic gets to the ball and makes a perfect cross court drop shot response.
