Kasatkina is into the first Grand Slam semi-final of her career!

She clinches it in style with a fantastic sliced drop shot, which Kudermetova can only put into the net after reaching it.

There were plenty of nerves on show, as Kudermetova fought back to 5-6, saving four match points before succumbing on the fifth.

Kudermetova goes into the net for 0-4, then wide for 0-5 as her accuracy completely capitulates.

She eventually gets on the board when Kasatkina goes long, but it's a long way back from here.

The medical timeout doesn't appear to have done Kudermetova any favours, as she goes 3-0 down thanks to more unforced errors.

The momentum is all with Kasatkina, who has won seven of the last eight points.

Kudermetova's radar is off once again though, as two backhands go long to take this set to a tie-break.
