SET TO FERRER! Slowly but surely Lopez is beginning to unravel. A sloppy service game from him is fnished off with a crashing forehand that hits the net to hand Ferrer a second break and the second set. Lopez will need to raise his levels otherwise Ferrer is going to boss this deciding set.

More energetic play from Ferrer as he leaps to make a winning overhead smash. Lopez tries to lob him seconds later, but he is wide as Ferrer moves to within one game of the second set. Lopez will serve to stay in it.

Lopez comes to the net to sink a winning volley before throwing down a big serve to hold off Ferrer. Brighter service game, but he will require a break if he is going to claw his way back into this set.

Ferrer not looking as if he is going to blow this winning lead. Some lovely serving and booming groundstrokes. Ferrer winning 71% of points on second serve. Lopez with two aces to one from Ferrer.

Lopez wobbling in a way he wasn't against Berdych or Mayer, but he manages to get out of that game from deuce to claw his way back to within one game at 3-2 behind. Ferrer tried an audacious lob at deuce, but it dropped just long. On we go with Ferre to serve.

Ferrer pushing Lopez all over the court, but Lopez comes up with a stunning winning backhand across court that touches the back of the baseline for a terrific winner. Ferrer can't believe that as Lopez loses the next point. Ferrer then seems to lose concentration as he knocks a shot wide. Lopez with the lead.
