Gasquet 5-3 Tomic. A couple more easy games for both Gasquet and Tomic. When they hold, they're holding with speed and efficiency. In the blink of an eye, Tomic is serving to stay in the first set.

Gasquet 4-2 Tomic. Easy does it for Gasquet. The Frenchman continues his uber aggressive start, completely outmatching Tomic off the ground behind some solid serving to bring daylight between the two.

Gasquet 3-2 Tomic. First blood to Gasquet, and there's a lot of it. The Frenchman takes control of the return, forcing Tomic on the run from the first ball and stealing into the net at every opportunity. In related news, he takes his first break.

Gasquet 2-2 Tomic. No problems for Gasquet out here, The Frenchman easily matches the quick tempo of the Aussie's service games, slamming down a rapid hold of his own to level things up.
