DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 6-1 JANOWICZ: GAME, SET, MATCH! Janowicz looking tired and weary as he throws in successive double faults to concede two match points and it’s all over as the Pole fires a forehand long.

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 5-1 JANOWICZ: Djokovic playing quickly between points, perhaps too quickly as he throws in another double fault. An amazing drop volley spins like a Shane Warne leg break brings a wry smile. He holds to 15 and moves to within a game of the match.

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 4-1 JANOWICZ: BREAK! Djokovic suddenly full of running, chasing down drop shots and scampering around the court. A lovely backhand winner brings three more break points and he gets the insurance of a double break as Janowicz nets. Surely game over now.
-
DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 3-1 JANOWICZ: Better serving from Djokovic. He wants this done and dusted and drills a wrong-footing backhand behind his Polish opponent en route to a love hold.
-
DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 2-1 JANOWICZ: Janowicz throws in another double fault but doesn’t let it affect him as he gets on the board in the set.

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 2-0 JANOWICZ: Djokovic again in trouble on serve, falling 0-30 down before finding a second serve ace. A long forehand gives Janowicz two break back chances but again he fails to get the ball back in play and Djokovic escapes from another hole with a lucky net cord.

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 1-0 JANOWICZ: BREAK! Janowicz opens the fourth set with an ace and races to 40-0 before Djokovic finds his return game to peg it back to deuce. A wayward backhand brings break point and a fabulous return brings the immediate break.

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 6-2 JANOWICZ: Nothing wrong with the Djokovic forehand as he nails a winner up the line to open proceedings. A second serve ace follows but the Serb then misses an elementary mid-court smash and fires wide. Djokovic racing between points as successive errant backhands concedes a break point, saved with a serve volley tactic and he crawls over the line with a forehand winner. Didn’t look as easy as 6-2 suggests...

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 5-2 JANOWICZ: A weird but effective play from Janowicz, throwing in a moon ball before drilling a backhand up the line. A 12th double fault follows but Janowicz hangs tough to ask the serve it out question.
-
DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 5-1 JANOWICZ: Looks like Djokovic has found another gear at the right time and he races to a love hold. Strange set of tennis!

DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 4-1 JANOWICZ: BREAK! Janowicz suddenly looking ragged and he slaps a forehand long to concede two more break points. A big serve up the tee saves the first and a delightful volley the second. A third break point is saved with a well executed drop shot but magnificent defensive scrambling forces another and this time the Serb gets the job done.
-
DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 3-1 JANOWICZ: Djokovic still not looking one hundred per cent but Janowicz is making more unforced errors. The Serb holds to love without being made to play too many balls.
-
DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 2-1 JANOWICZ: The Djokovic forehand still looks potent enough even if the serve and backhand are shaky. The Janowicz forehand is also a devastating weapon and he holds to 15 with another winner off that flank.

Not looking at his peak at the moment...

Djokovic: I'm 29, I'm at my peak, and I want to keep it that way

-
DJOKOVIC 6-3 5-7 2-0 JANOWICZ: Djokovic rolling in 84mph first serves and this is not normal. Accuracy does the trick with an ace out wide and Janowicz is then furious at himself for dumping a drop shot into the net. Djokovic holds to 15.
