MURRAY - GAME, SET & MATCH - 7-5 2-6 2-6 4-6 - Nadal's first serve is unreturned. The Brit then fires a forehand about a foot over the baseline. Nadal then crafts three match points with a one-two punch. Fault. The serve lands just wide. Murray drop volleys to make it 40-15. Another fine one-two finishes the contest though and Rafa Nadal will now face Novak Djokovic in Sunday's final. The current World Number One will aim to beat next week's World Number One. You won't want to miss it.

MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 4-5 - Murray approaches the net on the opening point but Rafa attempts the lob. The Scot gets there but is too far out of court to return Nadal's backhand. The Mallorcan, under pressure, then sends his backhand wide. Murray is then unable to send back over Rafa's return of serve - too many beans on it. Murray double faults to hand Nadal a match point but saves it with an ace. He finally holds as Rafa nets a forehand.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 3-5 - 'Why are you going down the line?' shouts Murray as his attempted forehand winner sails wide. He looks up to his box again for some sort of inspiration. It doesn't come though as Rafa holds to love with ease. He's just one game away from his 13th Grand Slam Final now.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 3-4 - Murray serve-volleys on the first point and takes it with a disguised drop shot. He then aces the Mallorcan to lead 30-0. Rafa chases down three Murray ground-strokes before flicking cross court. That's the only point he is allowed in the game though as Murray serves his way to the hold.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 2-4 - Murray can't get enough on the first Rafa serve, pulling it into the net. The Scot fires a wonderful backhand down the line to get back on track before the Mallorcan's drop-shot is timed to perfection. Murray then attempts one but it's not accurate enough as it falls just into the tramline. Nadal serves up an ace to take another step towards the final.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 2-3 - The two take it in turns to find the net. Murray's serve at 30-30 cleans the line and kicks up, forcing Nadal to improvise. It's not enough though as he sends it wide. Murray sends down another big serve and has a vital hold.
-
Murray is in his 23rd Grand Slam. Only 6 of 51 Grand Slam winners in the Open era needed more attempts to win their first.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 1-3 - Nadal serves up two aces to lead 30-0 but shanks a forehand to allow Murray back in. He's truly back in when his cross-court return kicks off the line for a winner. The Scot crafts a break point with a winner down the line. It disappears and Nadal holds.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 1-2 - 'Too good' is the expression on Murray's face as Nadal's forehand down the line leaves the Brit flat-footed. The Scot has two game points at 40-15 but double faults on them both. He's really not enjoying this. Murray holds with two big forehands. Maybe that'll make him feel better.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-6 0-2 - Outstanding. The two players trade cross-court ground-strokes before Nadal unleashes a bullet of a backhand for a winner. Murray goes long at 40-15 and it looks like this could be over relatively soon.

MURRAY - BREAK - 7-5 2-6 2-6 0-1 - 'Ahhhh!' shouts Murray. Nadal's slice to Murray's forehand has given him some problems today. Murray sends another one long. An ace gets the Scot back into the game but he fails to do enough with a volley at the net. Nadal's on to it in a flash and whips it up the line - 2 break points. Murray nets and it really is do or die now...

MURRAY - SET - 7-5 2-6 2-6 - There's not too much to say about that service game. Professional. Emphatic. Rafa needs a hold for the set and plays just like that. Murray really needs to do something different now. He's not playing poorly, it's just that the monster who he's facing is too strong.

MURRAY - BREAK - 7-5 2-6 2-5 - How can you hit a winner when the guy opposite manages to chase everything down? Do you think that's what Andy's asking himself? Rafa races to 0-30 but Murray draws level, catching a net cord in the process. Maybe that's what he needs to get back in the set? It doesn't seem to have helped - he nets a forehand before Nadal's cross-court forehand is enough to get the break. Set over? Probably!
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-4 - Brutal hitting from the Mallorcan. He fires down two aces, his fourth and fifth of the match on the way to a hold to love. Murray needs a break on Rafa's next service game, methinks. He could do with a hold first.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 2-3 - He's hanging in there, Murray. The Scot still needs to break back but he's doing all he can with his serve. He holds to 15, winning an excellent point in the process, chasing down a ball in a Rafa-esque way before flicking it down the line for a winner.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 1-3 - 'NO!' Murray shouts. He's obviously not too impressed with the simple sliced forehand that finds the net. Nadal is consistently serving at around 70% and continues to hit that statistic, holding to 15.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 1-2 - Hold your horses. Is the Murray from the first set back? For the moment. The Brit holds to love with possibly the most comfortable service game of the match so far.
-
MURRAY 7-5 2-6 0-2 - The reigning Champ's ground strokes are just too accurate. Murray keeps up with him in these long rallies but Rafa continues to send that one groundy over the net that proves too good for Murray. Rafa's seventh game in a row comes when the Scot's forehand is long. Murray needs a hold now, surely?

MURRAY - BREAK - 7-5 2-6 0-1 - Oops. Nadal starts the third set like he finished the second, and unfortunately for the home crowd so does Murray. The Spaniard has two break points instantly. Murray saves them with two aces. He can't save the third however, as his forehand flies long. That's the third consecutive break of the Murray serve and Nadal's sixth game in a row.

MURRAY - SET - 7-5 2-6 - Murray takes the lead on the Nadal serve but that's the only point he gets. Nadal serves, volleys, powers and fist-pumps his way to the second set. 'VAMOS' is shouted by Nadal and is echoed around his box. Game on.
