GAME, SET AND MATCH! - BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 6-2 POUILLE. Brilliant Berdych surges into the last four in SW19 for the first in six years where he will meet Murray or Tsonga. It took just one hour and 54 minutes as he overcame an early wobble in the opening set to take down an error-strewn Pouille who never looked likely to cause the upset.

BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 5-2 POUILLE. Lucas asks the serve out question, saving match point from deuce and recovering to avoid the third set breadstick. Only a matter of time until Berdych seals this though. He'll serve for a place in the last four next...

BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 5-1 POUILLE. This match is all-but over. Berdych cantering to a solid victory as he puts away another easy service game to 15. Pouille must serve to stay in it.

BREAK! - BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 4-1 POUILLE. Is that virtual match point? The Birdman secures the double break and is rapidly closing in on a semi final meeting with either Murray or Tsonga.

BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 3-1 POUILLE. Tomas consolidates to 30 to tighten his grip on this match.

BREAK! - BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 2-1 POUILLE. Disaster for Lucas. The Frenchman saves BP at 30-40 but then makes a simple error on the volley to offer the Birdman another chance, which the Czech seizes. He's two sets and a break up now. A straight sets victory is within sight if he serves like he can.

BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 1-1 POUILLE. Berdych stands tall to level and get on the board. He'll be keen to get this done in three after his five-setter with Vesely over two days.

BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 0-1 POUILLE. Just the start Lucas needed. The Frenchman roars 40-0 up but is forced to work hard to see it out after Berdych had clawed two points back. Can Pouille turn this around? It's a tall order but you never know...

SET! - BERDYCH 7-6 6-3 POUILLE. Berdych on course for the semis. The Czech serves it out to 15 and is one away after one hour and 24 minutes on court.

BERDYCH 7-6 4-1 POUILLE. Tomas overcomes some jitters from a commanding position on serve to fend off the BP and maintain his advantage form deuce. One or two signs that the 10th seed could be undone here but Pouille is struggling for consistency.
