First up on Centre Court on this fine Friday afternoon is Garbine Muguruza, a former champion here, taking on Ons Jabeur, who's having a wonderful year so far.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 6-2 MUGURUZA: Jabeur looks very, very nervous before her first match point - which she loses - but the second match point is put away beautifully to Muguruza's right. Hardly an upset, but a very fine win.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 5-2 MUGURUZA: Muguruza holds on to her serve to extend this for a little longer.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 5-1 MUGURUZA: Absolutely dominant from Jabeur, who's putting on a real show for the Centre Court crowd.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 4-1 MUGURUZA: This is such a tremendous performance from Jabeur. She's never had a great run at Wimbledon before, but this really does look like it might be her year.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 3-1 MUGURUZA: Huge credit to the 21st seed as Jabeur gets over the disappointment of failing to break again in the last game and holds her composure superbly to keep her own serve. That could so easily have gone back to Muguruza after her epic hold in the previous game.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 2-1 MUGURUZA: What a game! In a very long and extended deuce, Jabeur has numerous break points and simply cannot force her way through against the Muguruza serve. Credit to the Spaniard, she is unbelievably determined and hangs on to hold under enormous pressure. A missed opportunity for sure for Jabeur!

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 2-0 MUGURUZA: And now she holds to love as well - eight points in a row for the Tunisian to open this deciding set. The momentum really is with her now.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3, 1-0 MUGURUZA: It's Jabeur on the front foot literally and metaphorically now, stepping up to the net and hitting absolute rockets. She breaks to love to start this decider, and Muguruza's radar is completely off.

JABEUR 5-7, 6-3 MUGURUZA: Jabeur is 0-40 down but a challenge and an ace get her back to deuce, an unreturnable serve gets her the advantage, and she does the same again to force the decider. One set all. Who will take it?

JABEUR 5-7, 5-3 MUGURUZA: Muguruza misfires and Jabeur absolutely pounces on that second serve.

JABEUR 5-7, 4-3 MUGURUZA: All. The. Droppers. Jabeur is loving this.

JABEUR 5-7, 3-3 MUGURUZA: Muguruza is sending her serve across the width of the court now and beginning to truly dominate.

JABEUR 5-7, 3-2 MUGURUZA: Muguruza is looking rather threatening here, and this is the closest she's coming to making inroads in this second.

JABEUR 5-7, 2-2 MUGURUZA: Hold for Muguruza as we head towards the half-hour mark of this second set with no breaks yet.

JABEUR 5-7, 2-1 MUGURUZA: Jabeur has been using her drop shot to excellent effect and continues to test Muguruza.

JABEUR 5-7, 1-1 MUGURUZA: And Muguruza holds her serve as well in the bright Centre Court sunshine.

JABEUR 5-7, 1-0 MUGURUZA: Jabeur picks some unorthodox shots but they really work for her. Here she practically digs the ball out from a squat position.

JABEUR 5-7 MUGURUZA: What a terrific first set. Garbine Muguruza gets it done at the second time of asking. Both players are putting on a proper show on Centre Court, some tremendous grass court tennis.

JABEUR 5-6 MUGURUZA: But Muguruza grits her teeth and breaks right back to give herself another chance to serve this out.

JABEUR 5-5 MUGURUZA: Muguruza's ankles are both strapped, and she seems to have a nasty turn on one of them as she flies into the net. She then has another fall as Jabeur's return leaves her wrongfooted and her right foot slides away from her. That seems to have rocked her a little.
