Kveta Peschke of the Czech Republic also reached the quarter-finals crushing Sesil Karatantcheva 6- 1 6-0. Peschke has dropped just three games in winning her first two matches, but will have a tougher matchup in the quarterfinals with fourth-seeded Elena Dementieva of Russia.
