After seeing off the USA on Monday to take their record to four wins and a defeat in Canada, Scotland faced a stiff test in Denmark.
But they set their stall out from the start with skip Muirhead hitting out a Danish stone to score three in the first end.
She added another two in the fourth end to extend the lead to 5-1 before a strong finish was rounded off with a 9-3 scoreline.
That result leaves them joint top in the standings alongside Canada and Switzerland after they beat Germany and Sweden respectively.
Muirhead said: "That was a good game – it was our first early morning game and we knew we had to come out sharp, and we came out strong in the first end and gave them no hope.
"We're only halfway through now, so we've got to make sure we can keep going. It's a long week to try to stay focused."
Canada faced a strong challenge in the form of Germany before coming through 7-5 while Switzerland were pushed even closer before skip Binia Feltscher score one in the tenth end for a 6-5 win.
And in the other game, USA bounced back from their defeat to Scotland by seeing off Korea 10-3.
