Battle going on in this match in the middle of the park. Rosenberg is dropping deep and putting himself about. So much so he takes out Casemiro from behind and is booked for his trouble.

Home supporters very angry Benzema wasn't flagged offside. Nothing has come of that attack but Madrid still have the ball and the fans are booing roundly.

CHANCE! The ball gets to the byline with Benzema who crosses back low to Ronaldo but his side-footed effort from the edge of the area is saved well by Wiland.

Carvajal is found well on the overlap but his cross is easily gathered by Wiland in goal.

Madrid so far a bit predictable and slow in their build up play. Malmo containing them quite easily at the minute.

Bit disjointed this match at the moment with both sides committing lots of silly little fouls.

Corner is cleared out to Kovacic who hits it first time. The next corner is short and Tinnerholm gets there first and is taken out by the Croat who is booked for his trouble.

Malmo with a half chance as a sloppy pass from Casemiro is picked up by Rosenberg but he strikes first time rather than lay it to Djurdjic running ahead of him into the box.

Malmo with the shot from distance as Tinnerholm finds himself in acres off a square pass from Lewicki but his strike is easily saved low by Navas.

The two Malmo strikers are about 15 yards inside their own half as Malmo just sit deep and soak up the pressure. Their tactics are clear here.

Malmo doing a decent job so far containing Madrid and those narrowed lines down the wings are clearly making a difference as everything the visitors have done so far has been through the centre.
