Hello and welcome to LIVE text commentary of the first leg of the Champions League last-16 showdown between Paris Saint Germain and Chelsea at the Parc des Princes. The French side are enjoying an all-conquering season on the domestic front and are runaway leaders in Ligue 1 by a mere 24 points. It means they come into this as heavy favourites on paper, particularly given Chelsea's troubles this season. But don't rule out the Blues, who know this competition represents a tangible opportunity to rescue their campaign and will be hoping to continue their improving form under Guus Hiddink with a marker of their intent. Chelsea defended resolutely throughout but couldn't come away with the draw despite seeing a rare goal from Mikel cancel out Zlatan's deflected opener. Hiddink won't feel too disgruntled though and has an away goal to protect when the teams reconvene in three weeks' time.
