City will surely be much better at home, but Klopp's team took a firm grip of this contest this evening. Guardiola will be so disappointed with how toothless his side were over the 90 minutes.

This is full on defensive mode from Liverpool now. They have everyone back behind the ball as Man City press and probe for a way through. The hosts are holding firm... for now.

This is where Man City miss Aguero. The Argentine has a track record of scoring big goals for his team, but he is missing through injury this evening. Jesus has had a poor game.
