Barcelona will take a 2-1 lead into the Copa del Rey semi final second leg at the Camp Nou next week, but they were made to work hard for it in the second half. Atletico Madrid caused them all sorts of problems, with the introduction of Torres making a real difference. Not enough of a difference for the home side, though.

Can Atletico Madrid create one final chance in front of goal? They have dominated this second half, but Barcelona might have done just enough to take a lead into the second leg.

Now Mascherano enters the book, which tells you how hard Barcelona are having to dig deep. They are holding on now as Atletico Madrid press for an equaliser.

VERY CLOSE! Griezmann creates the space for himself about 20 yards out, moving the ball on to his left foot, but he sends a shot inches wide of the target. Cillessen was beaten.

WHAT IS HE DOING? That's three times now that Cillessen has played his team into trouble with ill-judged passes on the edge of his own box. This time Griezmann shoots just wide.

Finally, Gabi enters the book. He's been threatening that all evening, but the midfielder is shown a yellow card at last.

Simeone is raging! He believes that Pique made the most of contact with Torres, and replays show that the Atletico Madrid manager might have had a case. Little in that, for me.

Atletico Madrid are beginning to crank up the pressure again here. Barcelona are making mistakes at the back, and the home side are making the most of them.

TORRES JUST WIDE! The veteran striker has made a real impact since coming on, but he can't direct his flicked finish from a Luis cross inside the far post. Man, that was close!

GAMEIRO CHANCE! Griezmann worked his way into the opposition penalty area and clipped a cross to the back post where the Frenchman was waiting, but his overhead kick goes well wide.

NEYMAR FREEKICK! Messi was standing over the freekick, but it was the Brazilian who took the set piece. Moya was fooled, but the strike flashed over the crossbar.

I get the feeling that Barcelona have just about weathered the storm from the home side. They look more composed on the ball, passing the game out in the middle of the pitch.

What was that from Neymar? This hasn't been the best performance from the Brazilian, and this time he sends a shot well over the bar from a good position. Terrible technique.

BIG MOYA SAVE! Messi lines up the freekick from the best part of 20 yards, sending the ball towards the top corner of the net, but the Atletico Madrid keeper makes the save.

Griezmann picks up a booking for a slide challenge on Rafinha. The Frenchman can't have many complaints about that.

For all that Atletico Madrid have undoubtedly caused Barcelona problems in this second half, Umtiti has been excellent for the away side throughout. A solid performance.

All of a sudden Barcelona are doing their best to keep hold of the ball, making sure Atletico Madrid can't hit them on the counter attack. This is a strategy change, for sure.

Barcelona make another change, with Lucho recognising that his side are beginning to look somewhat weary. Gomes comes off, with Rafinha coming on for the visitors.
