I think that means one change for Slovakia from the team that beat Ukraine in September. Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel replaces Union Berlin forward Adam Nemec. Slovakia are likely to play a 4-3-2-1 formation, with Marek Hamsik supported by Robert Mak and Vladimir Weiss.

That is three changes from the Spain starting eleven that beat Macedonia 5-1 in the Group C opener. Pique replaces the injured Sergio Ramos, while Costa comes in from Paco Alcacer up front and Iniesta is in for Pedro.
