A RARE START FOR LEAO
Despite being one of Europe’s hottest talents, Rafael Leao has found it difficult to gain a position in the starting XI for Portugal but Roberto Martinez has included him from the start tonight. Leao played just 15 minutes against Luxembourg and still managed to grab a goal and an assist, he played 23 minutes against Liechtenstein and last time out against Bosnia & Herzegovina, he stayed on the bench.
Tonight’s match is just his fourth start for the Selecao.

They defied the odds even further by making it to the quarter-finals, knocking out England before losing to France. They failed to qualify for Euro 2020 after losing 2-1 to Hungary in the play-off final.
