The Spanish title race takes another twist! Atletico missed the chance to win their first La Liga title race since 1996, meaning it all comes down to next week's clash against Barcelona at at the Camp Nou. Can't wait for that!

FULL TIME: Atletico Madrid 1-1 Malaga

What a save! Unbelievable! I thought that was the moment! Adrian jinks inside on to his right foot and shoots towards goal but the keeper tips it round the post!

Barcelona have drawn against Elche. Atletico Madrid have a minute to win the Liga title tonight!

Crosses are being flung into the Malaga box from all over the place! This time Filipe Luis plays one in, but he's been called for offside. Time is running out for Atleti.

As you would expect, Atletico are in a rush to get on with things. But they're rushing things too much and are careless with the ball, allowing Malaga to waste a few more seconds.

The board goes up and the Vicente Calderon roars on its team. Five minutes is a lot of time to find a winner. Atletico are in complete control. Malaga aren't even a threat on the counter attack.

Five minutes of stoppage time to be played.

So close! Sosa stands over the freekick and tries to curl his shot into the top corner of Willy's net. But he puts just a little bit too much curl on the effort and it hits the side netting. What a chance that was!

Can Atletico Madrid make the most of their man advantage? They have the chance to win the league here. They have a freekick on the edge of the box. Needs to be good.

SENT OFF! Marcos Angeleri (Malaga). The defender is sent off after picking up a second yellow card for a late lunge on an Atletico Madrid player.

And now the Malaga players are hitting the ground at every opportunity. Of course, a point is a big result for them, as they try to secure their La Liga status. They're looking to waste as many seconds as they can.

Diego comes so close to slotting through Adrian! The Brazilian turns brilliantly on the edge of the box and looks for his teammate, but it's just too strong. Adrian wasn't aware to the pass either. He needs to be on his toes!

Too often Atletico's final product has been poor. They're getting into good positions in the final third, but when it has mattered, the quality hasn't been there. Will that change in the final 10 minutes or so?

Atletico Madrid win a freekick in a dangerous position, but the delivery from (I think) Adrian is hugely disappointing. It sails over the heads of every player in the penalty area and crosses the far touchline for a throw in.

Adrian creates a yard of space for himself, but he gets a bit too excited and blasts the ball way over the bar. That wasn't enough close to testing Willy in the Malaga goal. Needs to be better than that.

Willy is dealing with everything Atletico Madrid are throwing his way. If his side are to come out of this one with anything to show for their efforts, his performance will have been a big factor.
