Big save from Sergio! Tiago gets his head to a set piece delivery at the near post, forcing the Celta Vigo keeper to claw the effort off his line. That looked like it was going in! Great pace to the freekick.

Huge calls for a penalty kick as Cerci goes down in the box. The referee says no, and rightly so. That was a dive from the Italian striker. He should have been shown a yellow card for that.

Atletico Madrid have now been reduced to lumping long balls up to Garcia and hoping for a flick on. I said it at the time but I really don't get why they brought off Griezmann. He was their one player providing a spark.

YELLOW CARD: Sergi Gomez (Celta Vigo)

Mallo comes belting down the right wing for Celta Vigo, beating Turan and Godin before winning a freekick. But nowh he's down holding his leg with cramp. That's convienient with so little time to be played.

Atletico Madrid sub: Raul Jimenez OFF, Alessio Cerci ON.

Atletico Madrid are so strong from set pieces and Koke floats one into the box from 40 yards, but this time Sergio is imposing and comes way off his line to punch clear. Good goalkeeping.

Nolito takes a corner kick for Celta Vigo as the away side enjoy a spell of pressure, but Godin gets his head to the delivery at the near post and Atletico Madrid come surging forward.

Sergio initially misjudges the flight of an Atletico Madrid cross from the left, but scrambles back to his line to tip it on to the crossbar. Good save in the end, but he looked to be in big trouble!

Huge save by Sergio! Ansaldi plays a cross into the box from the left side , with the ball landing at the feet of Jimenez eight yards out, but the keeper somehow manages to deflect it over his own bar.

Atletico Madrid's pressing game is intensifying as they look to get the ball off Celta Vigo quicker, but it has to be said that the away side are dealing with the pressure well. They're doing so well here.

And yet Celta Vigo still look relatively comfortable with any pressure that comes down on top of them.

Garcia is a threat whenever a cross comes into the box for Atletico Madrid now. He's going for everything and giving the home side a presence in attack that they have lacked.

Larrivey chases down a loose pass all the way to the byline, and tries to square it into the box on the stretch but he can't pick out a teammate and Moya gathers it at his near post.
