Barcelona have been worked hard tonight, with Malaga holding firm at the back for much of the match. But Enrique's side just about deserve the three points and will keep their 100% start to the Liga season.

Malaga are still doing a good job of hassling and harrying the Barcelona players whenever they get near the 18 yard box. This time it's Rafinha who is crowded out of possession.

Chance for Recio to take a shot on the Barcelona goal! The possession play was slightly loos from the home side, but the Malaga man can't test Bravo with the effort from 20 yards.

I'm slightly surprised that Neymar has lasted on the pitch this long. Considering how long he has been out of action for, you would think that Enrique might not give him 90 minutes.

So what do Malaga have left in the tank? They were rather dangerous on the counter attack earlier in the match, but without Amrabat on the pitch they don't really have an outlet on the break.

Barcelona are looking for a second goal. There is no suggestion that they are going to settle for what they have. If anything, they have cranked it up further since the opener went in.

Now Rafinha surges through on goal and attempts to find Suarez with a pass across the face of the target - but Kameni comes off his line to smother the effort from the Barca youngster.

That was actually really nicely finished by Vermaelen. Yes, the net was essentially empty, but he could have quite easily blasted that shot over the bar. He didn't and Barca have the lead.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Barcelona 1 (77 mins - Thomas Vermaelen) Malaga 0. Relief all around the Camp Nou! Suarez crosses into the box, Kameni palms out into the danger area and Vermaelen (that's right, VERMAELEN!) fires into the net.

How has Tissone avoided a booking there? He has committed a number of fouls throughout the game, and this is his most cynical of the lot - bring down Neymar. No booking though.

That one is slightly easier for Kameni to gather. Rafinha cuts in off the right wing and fires an effort at goal, but it picks up a deflection and is easy for the Malaga keeper to catch.

ANOTHER GOOD SAVE FROM KAMENI! Messi takes aim from about 20 yards out, but the Malaga keeper makes the stop and Suarez is called offside on the follow up effort.
