Close! After some lovely play, Levante carve out a rare chance. Morales' touch would have had to be perfect to reach the pass.

Levante forced to be a little more expansive after the early goal. They are already starting to shake as Luis Suarez just misses out on reaching a gliding through ball.

Goal for Griezmann! His first of the season. It all started when the Frenchman took a terrible corner that was never cleared. The ball popped back out and a delicate cushioned header fell to Griezmann four yards out who finished simply with his head.

Atletico have another freekick after Griezmann goes down. Carrasco does his best from a poor angle, but Levante smother the danger.

Felix controls beautifully on the edge of the area and a snapping shot forces a save. He's desperate to add cutting edge to his game this season.
