Excellent work from Goodwillie. Blackburn exploit some horrible defending from Luke Young, who is then outfoxed again by the Scotland striker. His cross rolls towards Olsson but he cannot get a clean shot away under pressure.

Hall directs a header wide of the post as he leaps well to meet the ball in the Blackburn box. Still nothing approaching a chance of real quality yet in this second half.

Lowe is shown the yellow card for a very poor challenge on Faurlin. He came in from behind and brought across his trailing leg in a scissor movement. That was a yellow card and a half really, and a stricter ref could have sent him off.

Hoilett's set-piece fails to trouble Kenny. At the other end, Taarabt sees a low shot roll comfortably into the hands of Robinson.

Derry chops down Hoilett and Blackburn have a free-kick to the left of the box, some 25 yards from goal. Lowe with the delivery but QPR clear through Ferdinand.

Taarabt wastes a great chance! The playmaker gets in behind Salgado but strangely opts to shoot early rather than drive into the box and sees the ball dribble wide. That was a poor, poor attempt.

Salgado pings in a cross from the right but Hoilett cannot get his head to the ball.
