After losing the first seven Premier League meetings with Fulham in London, Everton have won two and lost just one of their last four visits there. FACTS: Fulham have won six and lost just one of their last eight Premier League home games. The Whites have kept three clean sheets in their last four league outings at Craven Cottage. Fulham’s goal difference of +8 at home is the best in the league.

David Moyes: "Your style is whatever suits yourself. Neutrals who have watched Everton would say our style is exciting and entertaining; you are seeing chances and goals. More importantly, if you ask any Evertonian what they think they would all say we've played very well. And even more importantly if you ask the manager how it has gone I would tell you Everton have played really well, passed it well."

Martin Jol: “I think we should have had credit last year as we did the same as Everton and we almost did the same until two or three games before the end. We lost our best players and we changed the midfield to a different style but we still like to play our style. Even with Chris Baird who was not a midfield player all the time. Dembele was more like a forward player. Sometimes it’s a necessity to change things to go my way.”

Good news for Everton is that Kevin Mirallas starts after his ankle injury in the Mersey derby. Darron Gibson is still out, while Everton have four forwards on the bench.

Fulham have managed to get Chris Baird back fit after he was injured while scoring against Reading last time out. Simon Davies has a hip problem still while Kacaniklic comes in for Richardson, who is out of the squad entirely after falling sick. Bryan Ruiz was brilliant from the bench in that 3-3 draw and he replaced Rodallega alongside Berbatov.
