The referee today is Neil Swarbrick (Lancashire). He has only reffed three Premier League matches this season, showing eight cads in those matches, no reds.

FACTS: The Toffees have won seven and lost just one of the last nine games against the Whites in all competitions. After losing the first seven Premier League meetings with Fulham in London, Everton have won two and lost just one of their last four visits there. David Moyes: "Your style is whatever suits yourself. Neutrals who have watched Everton would say our style is exciting and entertaining; you are seeing chances and goals. More importantly, if you ask any Evertonian what they think they would all say we've played very well. And even more importantly if you ask the manager how it has gone I would tell you Everton have played really well, passed it well."

Martin Jol: “I think we should have had credit last year as we did the same as Everton and we almost did the same until two or three games before the end. We lost our best players and we changed the midfield to a different style but we still like to play our style. Even with Chris Baird who was not a midfield player all the time. Dembele was more like a forward player. Sometimes it’s a necessity to change things to go my way.”

What do you make of those odds? Any predictions? Let me know what you think on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport. Certainly no real surprises other than Fulham's Kacaniklic getting a start, with Everton putting out their strongets XI and both sides with forward-heavy benches. I'm going for a 2-2 draw.

Match odds from William Hill: Fulham 7/4, draw 2/1, Everton 7/4. Wonderfully symmetrical, with Everton's previous odds of 6/4 lengthened in favour of the draw as the bookies and punters decide this is too close to call.
14:25
Good news for Everton is that Kevin Mirallas starts after his ankle injury in the Mersey derby. Darron Gibson is still out, while Everton have four forwards on the bench.

Fulham have managed to get Chris Baird back fit after he was injured while scoring against Reading last time out. Simon Davies has a hip problem still while Kacaniklic comes in for Richardson, who is out of the squad entirely after falling sick. Bryan Ruiz was brilliant from the bench in that 3-3 draw and he replaced Rodallega alongside Berbatov.
