So that's it. Swansea, following a far better second half perfromance, will be disappointed not to have at least got a draw from that game but ultimately they were to pay for a poor first half showing.

Lathargic finish to the match – looks like both sides have come to terms with the result. Swansea were great for twenty minutes after the break but Stoke held firm and deserve this win.

Stoke win a corner. Etherignton’s cross to the back post is cleared. He collects the second ball and whips it in again. Vorm claims.

Stoke finishing the stronger now and I'd be surpirsed if it was anything other than a home win now.

Etherington beats his man down the left and clips a ball into the near post. Walters gets to it first but under pressure can only head wide of the near post from a tight angle.

Etherington leads a break after winning a half-hearted challenge with Chico. Ki does well to track the run and prevent the shot but the former Tottenham man digs out a cross to the back post that Crouch heads onto the bar.

N'Zonzi takes down a switch of play, cuts inside and finds Etherington. His cross to the back post is just beyond Crouch.

Much more open game this half and the hosts are unable to put as much pressure on the ball.

Rangel looks to immediately feed Moore but his touch is a little heavy and the hosts clear.
