GOAL! Arsenal 4-1 Sunderland. Giaccherini scores. Szczesny punches clear to Giaccherini. He sets himself up and belts a great shot low into ther corner. The comeback is ON.

A more open game in midfield than at any point of the game, but Arsenal are defending well enough. Giroud concedes a foul on Larsson.

Larsson takes, but it's just wide of the goal. The 'keeper was beaten.

Jenkinson concedes a foul just outside the box. Sunderland have an attempt on goal coming any second now.

Wilshere slips in Gnabry on the inside right, and as he shoots, he slips, and Mannone saves.

Giaccherini is tackled by Sagna in the box, in an unfamiliar (but not unknown) centre-back position.

The game continues to draw to an obvious conclusion.

The enjoyably-named Scocco replaces Ki, and Gnabry replaces Rosicky.

Arsenal play 300 successive passes as Sunderland stand and watch.

A cross to Larsson at the back post, who lays it off to the oncoming Ki who shins it to the near post, Szczesny diving to his left to save.

Arsenal don't care, and it seems like Sunderland never did. Both teams will be grateful for the match to end.

Flamini comes on to replace Koscielny, so there'll be some tactical rejigging.
