Most of Cardiff's threat has come via Noone - again he cuts in from the right and shoots, but the effort is easily blocked.

Chance for Cardiff as Noone crosses from the right, and Jones just can't get the header towards goal. The ball breaks out to John, but his right-footed shot goes a long way over.

The ball breaks to Albrighton from the corner, but his shot is scuffed and drifts wide.

Now Cardiff goes close - Turner hooks it back into the box, Caulker nods it down but it just doesn't fall for Jones.

Oh, Agbonlahor. Great play by Villa, featuring a lovely Benteke backheel, plays Agbonlahor in space, but he dithers for far too long and Theophile-Catherine nips in to take it off his toes. Should have scored.

Jones muscles his way into possession on the edge of the box, but his stabbed pass looking for Campbell is blocked.

Brilliant save by Marshall - Delph makes room for himself just outside the box, his low powerful shot takes a deflection off Caulker, but the Cardiff keeper dives to his left and makes a fine one-handed stop.
