Good afternoon and welcome to LIVE coverage of the final day in the 2013/14 Premier League season. In store for you today we have an all-Midlands clash, with West Brom taking on Stoke City.

Stoke also make their final change of the day, and it's a pretty sentimental one, too. Matthew Etherington, who will leave Stoke after today's game, replaces Marko Arnautovic.

A final substitution for the hosts, with Matej Vydra replacing Youssouf Mulumbu.

Pepe Mel, who may well be leaving The Hawthorns at the end of the season, cuts a frustrated figure on the home bench.

GOAL!! Adam scores, and it comes out of absolutely nowhere. The midfielder takes the ball just inside the West Brom half and bursts forward. He's allowed to carry the ball far too far and then, with no options available, smashes the ball into the bottom right-hand corner from 25 yards.

Sessegnon has a pop at goal from the edge of the penalty area, and it isn't too for away either. The striker uses his strength to turn Shawcross before firing a wicked left-footed effort on goal, though it narrowly clears the bar.

Ireland picks out Crouch with a wonderful cross-field switch. The striker takes the ball down neatly on his chest, but isn't given the chance to shoot as the flag goes up.

A second change of the day for the Baggies now, with Liam O'Neill replacing Craig Dawson.

Olsson almost puts his side in danger with a weak backpass to Foster. Arnautovic chases it down, but sees the West Brom keeper clear his lines.

Mark Hughes makes his second change of the day - and it's a relatively defensive one. Charlie Adam replaces Jon Walters.

Berahino sends Sessegnon down the left, and the striker looks to flick the ball past the covering Wilson, but his touch is too firm and Sorensen is out to gather.

Stoke continue to dominate possession, though they've not seen as much of the ball as they did in the opening half. Just over ten minutes to go in the final game of this Premier League season.

Stoke make their first change of the match, with Peter Crouch replacing Odemwingie. The Nigerian takes his time walking off the pitch, savouring the frosty reception from the home crowd.

Wilson attempts to play his way out of danger deep inside his own half but gets it totally wrong, conceding a corner.

Ireland looks to be impeded as he wins the ball back in the Baggies half. The referee doesn't see it that way though and allows play to continue. The former Villa midfielder then lunges into a challenge and is fortunate not to go into the book.

Morrison now unlucky as he bursts forward towards the Stoke penalty area. He muscles his way past two challenges and then looks to exchange a one-two with Berahino, but the pass is poor and the move breaks down.

Odemwingie, who has played very well this afternoon, is guilty of selfishness as he leads a Stoke attack. Arnautovic is in acres of space on the left and should really be given the ball, but his strike partner looks to find the back of the net and drags his shot wide.

Another poor throw out from Foster puts his side in trouble, with Dawson instantly dispossessed. Odemwingie is sent through on goal, but the flag is up - much to Foster's relief.

Brunt, playing out of position at left-back, overlaps and sends in a wonderful cross, but it somehow avoids everybody in the box.
