Berahino breaks down the left, skipping past Cameron before crossing from the byline. Sessegnon is waiting inside the six yard box, but Shawcross makes the block.

Odemwingie gets an early touch on the ball and is roundly booed by the home fans, though he will have expected that. How he'd love to score today.

The players are now in the tunnel, awaiting to make their way onto the pitch ahead of the pre-match formalities. We're just five minutes away from kick-off.

How do you think this game will go today, folks? It may be a dead rubber, but, if you still care, let me know on the comments section below or on Twitter @JoshuaHayward99.

Stoke striker Peter Odemwingie returns to face his old club today following his high-profile departure last year, but manager Mark Hughes insists that the Nigerian has been superb during his time at the Britannia Stadium "He was a no-risk signing for us, truth be told, because he has performed incredibly well and scored many goals at this level. He has come in here and performed exactly how I thought he would do. He has made a real impact here," Hughes said.

As previously mentioned, Baggies boss Mel, despite guiding his side to safety (just), could well leave The Hawthorns this summer. He said: "In four or five days we will all know where we are going to end up. I'll meet with the chairman and we will see if the vision he has for the club is the same as mine. If it is we will continue on to next season, and if it is not, we will not. I hope it is a good game and I hope we are able to put to one side the account we gave of ourselves at Sunderland.

Like most of the day's final fixtures, this one is pretty much a dead rubber - though West Brom could 'mathematically' still go down. But that would depend on Norwich securing victory against Arsenal and a 17-goal swing taking place. So, unless Stoke beat the Baggies 9-0 and Norwich beat the Gunners 8-0, it's pretty safe to say that West Brom will be playing top-flight football next season.

Mark Hughes has also made a few changes for today's final Premier League fixture. The Stoke boss, who saw his side beat Fulham 4-1 last weekend, has brought in Thomas Sorensen to replace Asmir Begovic in goal. Ryan Shawcross and Jon Walters are also drafted in, taking the place of Dutchman Erik Pieters and Oussama Assaidi respectively.

West Brom boss Pepe Mel, who revealed this week that his future in charge of the Baggies is not yet decided, has made four changes to the side that lost to Sunderland in midweek. Steven Reid, Diego Lugano, Claudio Yacob and Victor Anichebe have all been dropped, with Jonas Olsson, Craig Dawson, Youssouf Mulumbu and Morgan Amalfitano all coming in.
