Welcome to West Brom versus Tottenham at the The Hawthorns, which comes less than 72 hours after the North London side sealed their place in the Capital One Cup final. It's been a ram-packed month for Mauricio Pochettino's men, with this their ninth game since the start of the year. For West Brom, meanwhile, this fixture will be their sixth of the month and sixth under new head coach Tony Pulis, who has a rather pleasing unbeaten record to protect.

Lamela is booked for a very late trip on his Argentine compatriot Yacob. Stupid challenge at this stage.

There will be four minutes of added time - I don't think anybody wanted that much.

Harry Kane will not be getting a hattrick today as he is replaced by Roberto Soldado. West Brom withdraw Morrison, meanwhile, and bring on Graham Dorrans for the final minutes.

Fazio plays a terrible packpass which Berahino intercepts before fluffing his attempt at rounding Lloris. It is not going to be West Brom's day.

Lloris shows sharp relexes again to tip the ball away from danger after Gardner gets something on it from close range. In the end, it doesn't matter because Kevin Friend halts play for a shove from the West Brom midfielder.

It's very, very hard to see...

Harry Kane, on a hattrick of course, hits a Ronaldo-esque freekick from 30 yards with the side of his foot. It dips late and has to be tipped over the bar by Foster, but was never really threatening.

This win for Tottenham will take them up to fifth in the table, above local rivals Arsenal, who play Aston Villa at home tomorrow.

The game has gone very flat now, with some West Brom fans leaving already. Lamela, who has had a quiet game for Tottenham, asks for a freekick on the edge of the West Brom box but nothing is given.

Danny Rose makes a cucial clearance on the goalline with Anichebe about to tap the ball into an empty net after another sharp save from Lloris. Excellent defending.

Ryan Mason is replaced by Benjamin Stambouli as Spurs look to close out the game.

Tony Pulis will be very disappointed with this performance from his side. They've struggled to get time on the ball and haven't shown a great deal of fight.
70'
Paulinho blasts the ball across the penalty area hoping for a deflection off the mass of players inside the six yard box but it goes straight through for a goalkick.

Berahino is picked out by Gardner on the right-hand side of the area after the striker darts behind Fazio. He shoots from a narrow angle and drives it just wide of the far post. That was a good effort but still no joy for West Brom.

That goal means Kane now has 20 goals in all competitions, making him the Premier League's most prolific player in all competitions.

GOAL! West Brom 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur. Harry Kane takes the spotkick and drives it in off the left-hand post to give Spurs a big lead. The penalty was awarded for a handball by Lescott as he slid in to block Walker's cross. It was a slightly harsh decision but Tottenham do not care, as they lead 3-0.

McManaman's debut comes to an end and he may not remember it too fondly. The former winger man is replaced by Brown Ideye while Andre Wisdom is brought off for Craig Gardner.
