Norwich did themselves plenty of credit with a spirited display, but Alex Neil's men know that only points will keep them in the Premier League at this stage. Those holding up the many 'TIME FOR CHANGE' placards around the ground will not have been convinced in the slightest by this unconvincing victory, and there remain far bigger problems for Arsene Wenger to solve. CHANCE: Giroud smartly flicks the ball into the path of an onrushing Elneny and the Egyptian attempts a curling shot with the outside of his foot, but Ruddy flies to his right to tip the ball wide. Nice save.

Alexis tries to dink a cross into the penalty area for Giroud to attack, but the ball is too high for the Frenchman and Ruddy claims.

The 'TIME FOR CHANGE' placards come out again all around the Emirates as Norwich launch another corner into the Arsenal box, but Bassong heads well over.

Cech has hearts in mouths when he decides to chest a ball past Jerome outside his penalty area, but the Arsenal goalkeeper hoofs the ball clear before Mbokani can react.

Norwich swing in another corner but referee Mike Jones blows his whistle when he sees Howson man-handling Cech in the penalty area.

Ozil unleashes a shot from 25 yards that Ruddy touches as it spins over his crossbar, but the German is bemused when a goal kick is awarded.

CHANCE: Arsenal counter with pace and numbers from a Norwich corner and Ozil produces one of the passes of the season to give Alexis a shooting chance, but the Chilean's toe poke flies straight into the arms of Ruddy.

CHANCE: Great work from Redmond to race away from Monreal on the right, and the winger's low cross forces Gabriel into a last-ditch sliding block to prevent Mbokani having a simple tap-in.

Attacking change for Norwich as Dieumerci Mbokani replaces a disappointed Wes Hoolahan.

Norwich appear to have lost their way since Welbeck's goal, launching long balls forward rather than thinking through their attacks. Alex Neil is readying a change.
